This Villa is a beautiful property, very modern, very well equipped, in a quiet location with a private pool at the back that is well maintained. The owners have thought of everything you could need, from shower gel to cleaning equipment such as washing powder, outdoor pool towels, barbecue, coffee machine, lots of coffee pods, fruit basket, juice etc.. It really felt as if you were being looked after. Contact with the owner was very good from the beginning of our stay and throughout, very responsive. We loved it. There is a bakery in the village, next to the school where you can get fresh bread and croissants every day. Highly recommend this villa. Beds were super comfortable but I would recommend using the living room air con during the night to keep the house cool, which it does. We were there at a very hot period and were comfortable. Loved the outside space, large, plenty of shade when needed. Umag is a short drive away for lots of restaurants and cafes, there is a restaurant in the village but we didn’t use it.

the house is located in a very calm area but close enough (by car) to all attractions Istria can offer. The apartament itself was well equiped- everything was there. I could have imagine to stay there forever. The pool was clean and big enough for our family. Our host Jelena is an amazing person. She went above and beyond to make our stay to the best vacation we ever had.
