Everything was perfect. I advise you to ignore every negative comment among these reviews. The owner was superpolite and even helped us to unpack the car. Yet we had complete privacy, so if you are an introvert or not lusting for small talk, there is nothing to worry about. This accommodation is a gem when it comes to location. Once you pass the main exit, you can decide whether to walk few steps right to see the brand new pedestrian zone with grocery store, bakery, druggists or cafés or to walk few steps left to hit the beautiful promenade with restaurants serving delicious food. Regardless of this, the apartment stays quiet during the night. The equipment was stunning. The owners, indeed, remembered everything. Along with the small seasonal surprise for our kids, there were spare hygienic pads, spare shampoo, spare razors, spare ear cotton swabs, etc. The apartment was utterly clean. There is no need to question cleanliness. During our stay, we had not seen a single spiderweb. The bathroom was sterile. Having two small kids, we appreciated the presence of a dishwasher. Parking was easy. Since we were provided with a residential card, we could park in the central parking for free. The house is basically in the first seafront row. Umag itself is a beautiful town, and although we visited it off-season, except for the temperature, it felt like in the middle of the summer. We hope to return soon.
