Our stay at this accommodation was truly one of the best experiences we’ve had as a family of four, including our two young kids aged 3 and 7. The layout was perfect — a main bedroom for us and a cozy, separate kids’ room that made bedtime routines so much easier. The kitchen and living room were connected, spacious, and perfectly arranged, making it easy to cook and relax while watching the children play. The bathroom was brand new, spotlessly clean, and very functional. We especially loved the wide terrace which connected directly to the indoor garage — super convenient for unpacking or stepping in and out with the kids. The entire area around the house was very green, peaceful, and surprisingly cool despite being mid-July. Nights were quiet and comfortable, and we didn’t even need air conditioning or a fan — perfect sleeping conditions! We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay, and it felt like a peaceful retreat away from the city heat. The garden added a beautiful touch of nature, and while we didn’t get to try the BBQ spot, it was a nice option to have available. The home had everything we needed and more, and it was obvious that great care was taken to make the space family-friendly and welcoming. I can confidently say this is a place we would love to return to. We were originally planning to explore other cities next time, but we all fell in love with this location. Hopefully, we’ll be back again next year — it felt like a true home away from home.

Great stay, kind, helpful and very responsive owner, modern and super clean appartment, peaceful surroundings, less than 10 min walk to an excellent restaurant and a short drive to the seaside and the centre of Umag.
