The hotel is outstanding - amazing views, excellent staff that go above and beyond in providing exceptional service. Multiple pools and hotel an activities. The kids club is outstanding and staff did a great job to engage and even teach children. A good gym that offers boxing, yoga and stretching. Food, especially buffet was delicious with so much variety. Rooms are spacious and super comfortable. We loved our stay.

I really loved the property’s view and overall appearance. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive (except some of them). Our room was spacious and beautifully designed—it made for a truly wonderful experience. The jungle pool is perfect. The breakfast selection was diverse and plentiful, with options to suit everyone’s taste. However, the food in the restaurant - clay craft (where we had dinner) was mediocre.
