My family and I enjoyed the sunset villa, the beach, the views, and the staff were great, this is a beautiful truly 5 star hotel and would highly recommend it.

The property is magnificent, the staff were exceptional. Everyone made you feel like royalty. Service was unbelievable. The food was excellent. The Akasa restaurant has beautiful sunset views and has a DJ and live music. The food was also exceptional. We booked an Oceanview Villa with a private pool. The villa was spacious and had all the comforts you could think of. We stayed for 4 days and our only regret is that we did not stay longer!

We had the best stay Jumeirah Bali, everything was perfect, especialy they friendy staff support! Everything was truly outstanding. Especially the in-villa dining service!
