Anikas and Davids place in Uis was the highlight in our 2 weeks journey in Namibia. Do not skip this place and join to an excursion with David. Way better experience than any mass toursim safari in the country. Best food, warm hospitality, great and kind people, David is the best guide ever, very intelligent, very informative and very friendly.

The desert lodge is a relatively recent addition to the lodging options between Swakopmund and Twijfelfontein. Our group of 8 occupied the 4 newly built and nicely decorated rooms at the lodge. The common areas are very welcoming as well. We enjoyed a sundowner drive with owner David at a nearby granite boulder. Unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy the Braai ( order in advance) because of the cold weather but I am sure it would have been as delicious as the breakfast we had the following morning. We highly recommend

We did not expect such a nice place practically in the middle of the desert. We liked everything, the spacious room with the modern design as well as the adjoining little garden and the breakfast area, all very cosy and relaxing. But the best were the hosts who were very welcoming and extremely nice, helped us with queries, gave recommendations and were available whenever we needed something. We like smaller, intimate hotels and this bed and breakfast was just perfect.
