Max was the perfect host and his place is lovely. He organised an amazing safari for us and the lunch, dinner and breakfast were delicious! Max also arranged transport from Galle and then to Arugam Bay. The pool which is almost built looks fab too!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning. What made the stay more pleasant was the host Max, he is kind and arranged for us the safari in the Uda Walawe park which was incredibile. We had both dinner and breakfast here and every time the food was quite tasty. We will come back once the swimming pool is finished!

This is my second time staying with max and yet again my stay with him was fantastic. He is a great host who makes sure you’re comfortable and is so helpful in arranging anything you may need e.g transfers to/from his villa. The safari he arranged was amazing, the driver/guide is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the dinner and breakfast at his place (cooked by his mum) was delicious. When I come back to Sri Lanka I will certainly plan to come back and stay again!
