Staying at Kistar Cave Hotel was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The atmosphere is unique and cozy, blending the charm of a traditional cave home with all the comfort you could ask for. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and beautifully designed — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff — especially Hamida. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From giving us great local tips to making sure we were comfortable at all times, her hospitality truly made us feel at home. We are so grateful for her warmth and care. We highly recommend Kistar Cave Hostel to anyone visiting the area. It’s more than just a place to sleep — it’s a welcoming, memorable experience. I spent a long time looking for a hotel and finally chose one in Uçhisar. We initially booked it for just 1 night, but ended up staying for 4! The hotel is absolutely stunning and beautifully designed. The rooms are warm, cozy, and very comfortable. It’s incredibly quiet — yet perfectly located. We had a car and were so happy we chose to stay here instead of Göreme. The breakfast was delicious and varied every morning. And most importantly — the staff and the owner are truly amazing. They surround you with care and attention, which made our stay even more special.

The rooms are great and just like troglodyte caves. They are well furnished. The view from our terrace was unique. The main room where breakfast is served is so nice as well, welcoming and well decorated. The breakfast was delicious with a special wow for the rose petals marmalade and the home made orange marmalade. Over the hosts are so kind and welcoming. They make the stay unforgettable. There is a family feel to this place with the quality of a beautiful hotel. Unforgettable stay!
