We spent a week at the Westin and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were equally impressive, complete with his and her sinks, which is always a nice touch. The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Ubud town, but taxis are readily available at reasonable rates. The restaurants were lovely and accommodating whenever possible. We traveled with our elderly parents, and the hotel chef was exceptionally accommodating, preparing vegetarian Indian meals for us. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection of international cuisine, including Indian favorites like Dosa, Chana Bhatura, and Aloo Paratha—we definitely felt spoiled. The spa services were fantastic, and we also enjoyed daily yoga and stretching sessions, which can be booked in advance. We made the most of our stay, enjoying both the hotel amenities and exploring Ubud, local shops, restaurants, and the vibrant culture. Thank you, Westin Team, for making our Anniversary celebrations a special one!

Our stay at The Westin Ubud was truly unforgettable — a perfect blend of natural beauty, warm hospitality, and thoughtful luxury. The hotel facilities are absolutely beautiful, with elegant architecture nestled harmoniously into the lush jungle landscape of Ubud. Every corner feels serene, peaceful, and in tune with nature. One of the standout highlights was the amazing breakfast and dinner, where every meal felt like a culinary journey. A special thanks to Executive Chef Sebastian Arnold, whose passion and creativity were evident in every dish — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The location offers stunning jungle views, allowing you to fully unwind and connect with the surrounding nature. It’s the ideal setting for relaxation and reflection. Our room was not only spacious and comfortable, but also stocked with complimentary water and coffee, along with a thoughtful selection of fresh fruit and handwritten notes, which added a lovely personal touch to the experience. The spa and massages were amazing — highly professional, relaxing, and set in a tranquil environment. It’s a must-do during your stay. The resort also offers an incredible range of activities, from yoga to cultural experiences, making it easy to engage with both wellness and the local culture. In short, The Westin Ubud is a sanctuary in the heart of Bali — perfect for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and indulge in the best of what Ubud has to offer.

This hotel made my kids really excited everytime the come back to the room.. Warm welcome from little fish at our check in time, Marshmello and chocolate in turndown time until the tent and elephant towel made their day in this hotel. I also love their fast response for the complaint. Overall me and my family will stay in here again next time.
