Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They often had events on in the evening such as live music and a beginners salsa class followed by salsa dancing later on into the evening.The small details were great and well considered. Multi-way adapter plugs already plugged into the walls. A small parting gift that felt very thoughtful. The location is not in ubud centre but there are several shuttles which head in and out during the day which is good. Ubud traffic can be very busy so take that into account if you make dinner reservations elsewhere, like we did one night. They also organise tours from the hotel, which i wish we had realised in advance as we had already booked one on viator that was a quite a bit more expensive. Puma at reception was lovely and also Ika at the restaurant. The rooms were a decent size, with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Loved the gorgeous bath too!

Had a lovely stay. Rooms are very comfortable and stylish, bathroom incredible. Love the yoga space too. Staff are all super accommodating. Puma at the front desk was really helpful.

Relax and silent. Amazing bath and swimming pool. We also loved yoga class . Dinner has been amazing too.
