The staff was lovely, the room was really big. There were two pools and also a spa on site. The breakfast was good. They had a laundry service. The hotel is quite central, the Monkey forest is nearby, and you can walk to the Ubud centre and Palace. The hotel also offered a free shuttle between the hotel and Ubud centre a few times a day.

The rooms were very spacious and I loved the addition of the bathtub and balcony. Beds were huge and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had an excellent selection and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location. Loved that it was right next to a busy road with lots of restaurants and shops but was very quiet and the view onto the rice field was amazing. Water stations were easy to access. Staff were very helpful.
