Absolutely out of this world - great staff, beautiful scenery. I felt fully taken care of here. The receptionist, Rika, went above and beyond for me. Not to mention the surprising upgrade I received upon arrival after a very long journey - it was absolutely the cherry on the top. Their juices are incredibly fresh and tasty as well.

Everything was perfect, especially the room. I have never stayed anywhere like it, the jungle shower was heaven!! The staff were extremely polite and were ready at your beck and call. Location is fantastic. Overall I had the best stay.

Staff were very friendly, hotel environment was pretty and free shuttle bus to the city center multiple times a day was great. Had a half day tour around ubud-suggested by hotel staff and a driver was organized for the day. This trip was a highlight for the stay.
