location was excellent. short walk to main shops. I liked the nostalgia of residing in an original hydro worker cottage. it reminds me when I was a kid staying in an old farm cottage during summer holidays/

Excellent communication from the owning company. Property was exceptionally clean. It is a former "state house" and has lots of retro fixings and features. The washing machine is a gem!

It was a lovely reminder of how Nz used to be - well set up -everything you needed-just like your own holiday home . The back garden was amazing to sit in the evenings and the front deck in the mornings for the sun.
