Great location with good facilities. A comfortable bed and the airco was very welcome as it was very hot. Shower was also great. Attentive host and tasteful place. Wonderful home for a few days.

Cecilia the host was brilliant with communication throughout and gave detailed instructions on how to get in to the apartment. There is a lift too. This is a beautiful building, as soon as I walked in the door I loved it. Full of character and personality. It was a large apartment with bedroom, large living room, bathroom and cute kitchen, it has a great views of adjoining apartments and their balconies and it is also very quiet and calm, the bed was comfortable and we had an effective shower. There wasn’t any noise so we slept soundly. It was very hot in Turin when we arrived but there was welcome air con at the apartment too. There wasn’t any milk or coffee etc but we read the reviews and knew that, but there is a cafetière there so we brought our own coffee and milk and there is a panetteria at the end of the street where we bought croissants and had a lovely breakfast. There are places nearby to eat also and the train station is a 15 minute walk away and via Garibaldi is a 15 minute walk also. We’ve booked the apartment for September, so I will really look forward to coming back again. Thank you Cecilia!

It was such a fabulous apartment in a stunning building. When I booked I didn’t realise it was a whole apartment and it even had a dressing room. Wished we’d stayed longer and if we go back to Turin we would definitely stay at the Golden Eagle

It does not happen to me often, but this is that rare time when property really exceeded my expectations...I liked the photographs on Booking.com, however in reality apartment is much nicer...facilities and decorations were a top notch...beds and linen amazing...location is cental ...close to train stations, easy access to airport...if I go back to turin, this is the only place I'll look for
