Large, spacious flat with a great workspace (large table) and two couches - would have loved to stay longer. Host welcoming, great communication and helpful when I had a delayed arrival. Maps and local information provided were also immensely helpful. Painless check in and check out. Great location - literally across the street from the train station and easy walk to nearby attractions.

The day I arrived I had a problem with the phone charger and the heat in the appartment. I called Giacomo and he came right away to help me. I really appreciate it.

The communication was top-notch, and the host is very friendly. As a woman, I felt secure in the building. The bar/café downstairs is very convenient. The nearby metro and train station is practical. The A/C helped a lot cooling down, but also the shutters helped to keep the heat outside. As expected for an apartment in the city center, the nearby streets with the tram are loud and in the courtyard there seems to be a mechanical shop during daytime. But I always use earplugs while sleeping, so it didn't bother me that much.
