Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodation plus service). The room was small, but clean. We loved the breakfast, the portions were very generous, including fruit, beverages, eggs and bread. We were very well attended during breakfast. The check-in and checkout were very quick.

The location is very convenient, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was quite good, and the hotel overall is comfortable and welcoming.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They very patiently helped us troubleshoot transport issues when no buses were running on Good Friday. Also a great breakfast.
