Check-in was flawless and fast. Professionally friendly and helpful receptionists (Abdulrazak, Reda and Siham/Seham) and many others that I may not recall their names. Security ladies were polite, and helpful to my family. Even the maintenance and room service personnel were attentive to address our concerns and needs. The hotel is calm, the environment is clean. Room cleaners attentive to our needs, doing their daily job with a heart. I recommend the hotel and wish whole the staff best regards.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the room was fairly spacious. While the interior wasn’t the freshest, it was generally okay. The hotel was quiet, and breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and willing to help — they assisted with things like exchanging money and booking a car. Laundry service was very fast, and they returned everything quickly.
