The whole experience was amazing and I had a very warm welcome already in advance. Communication with Mariana and Jessica was easy and fast - I received a lot of recommendations, they supported me on everything and made my stay very calm. The building and the location is amazing, surrounded by the green jungle but still very near to city center. The apartment is beautiful and it has everything you need - it feels comfy and like your own home. Maybe a second air condition in the living room make this place even more perfect but the one in the bedroom is also fine. The access against a minimum consumption at the Bardo is worth it and you should make use of it once. The roof top is amazing too with the pools - had every morning my breakfast & coffee there, love it! All in all I can really recommend this place and I will return hopefully very soon!

spacious, fully equipped and well designed apartment. the access to the Bardo and Una Vida is definitely one of the biggest advantages of this place. most of the time during our stay in tulum we have been travelling around the Yucatán and Quintana Roo. therefore we didn’t need a hotel but when we wanted to rest up we could use hotel facilities and have an amazing time off (both hotels provide great service and serve delicious food!)
