The staff were amazing, helpful, and friendly. The service, food, and amenties were top tier and would surpass a lot of venues in Sydney, Australia. The architecture and design of this place are out of this world.

The property is architectural stunning. We loved our room and the opportunity to enjoy the cenote and cenote bar. Whilst there is no perfect location to stay in Tulum it’s a short ride on a scooter to the beach zone and a 20 min walk to nice cafes, restaurants and bars.

Absolutely loved the property’s jungle vibes and eco-friendly credentials. It is such a special place - feels very boutique and the design is stunning. The pool and cenote was so beautiful and the restaurant was excellent - as were the staff. We personally loved how it was removed from beach as the beach clubs are not our vibe. This was well situated for Tulum town (for incredible tacos and street food - Palma Central for this and live salsa), 20-30min walk away (or the hotel can arrange a taxi).
