Jonathan the host was exceptional, any maintenance problem he resolved straight away and was always available to give us advice on the local area and help with booking and taxis, such a great guy it was a pleasure to meet him

We were able to find everything we needed at any time. All rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, living room and other were equipped, also there are different stores and options for having a good dinner or lunch nearby. I found it to be one of the best price-quality options and don't regret about my decision, I would definitely recommend staying in Zalama if your plan is to enjoy Tulum. Getting to the beach is also pretty easy and fast, but the best thing was that we could reserve with a travel agency around there and enjoy of different experiences. Thank you so much for all your help and easy communication. I'm looking forward to coming back soon!

Everything looks like the pictures. The place is big and fully equipped. My family and I had an excellent experience and could enjoy both the beach and the house. I would rent it again next time. Thanks for your help and recommendations. Hope to see you again soon.
