This was amazing. Excellent value for a luxurious, spacious and well-equipped apartment in a modern and upscale neighbourhood. We were allowed to check in early and the owner couldn’t have been more welcoming, with excellent communication from start to finish. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues, but the handyman fixed them quickly. And the janitor at reception was super-helpful. I had doubts that the condominium pool would live up to the pictures but I was wrong, it was fantastic. And I had forgotten that I had booked a penthouse, so it was a bonus to climb a hidden staircase to a rooftop area with a jacuzzi. Eating out in Tulum is getting very expensive so it was great to be able to dine in with a kitchen that had all the essentials. No problem parking right outside with CCTV reassurance.

Amazing new apartment in the new apartments area of Tulum. 2 spacious rooms, 3 bathrooms and private terrace. Position could be a little far if you haven't a car but it's fine as 15mins walk from centre. Parking just outside the building.
