**Ema, the owner, is very nice, attentive and pleasant. She called us in the arrival day to make sure we are ok, she took care we had everything we needed. The room was spacious, had 1 double and 1 single bed, a TV. It is on the first floor and has a big terrace with a big table and chairs. We were ok with the fact that the owner is living in the same building. We travelled by car so it was ok to get to the harbour, I do not know how it is walking (we found a lot of streets dusty and under construction). **On the other hand, the room we stayed in needs a refurbishment, especially the bathroom. We did not like: the bathroom, the sheets and linen on the bed, the drapes (thin, there was little shading), the front door of the room which had glass pannels - little privacy, and … could have been a little cleaner. No refrigerator in the room. The road on front of the location was under construction, so there was a lot of dust.
