Location & cleanliness. Parking (once directions were made clear) Roadworks very challenging to follow and created havoc.

Right in the centre of wonderful Troyes. Car Park under hotel with dedicated parking right by the entrance to the Hotels. Staff really friendly. Modern Hotel despite being in an old building.

Fantastic reception staff, very friendly. Satnav on our motorbike sent us everywhere before I spotted the burgundy parking sign, go straight down to underground parking and get a ticket at the barrier, then the lift up to reception (everything we didn't do 😁). Lovely air conditioned room and location central.

The hotel is right in the centre of the old part of Troyes so well connected to what most casual visors are looking for. Parking and directions to the hotel were very good.
