+ very nice owner, + shared kitchen, + very good wi-fi, + good breakfast, + air conditioning, + swimingpool, + close to the beach, + I was able to check in before 14:00 and I was able to use swimmingpool after check out, + 20 minutes walk to Trogir, + close to the airport

Thé swimming pool is perfect The location is perfect The parking is perfect The room is nice but the bathroom is a little bit small The lobby is nice with a small shared kitchen and shared fridge (you feel like at home) And Lilli (the manager) is very kind and helpful

Nice reception lady, the pool, everything was clean, the beach is really close. The cat resident is so cute and friendly.

For me it was perfect! I've already been to Split many times and just needed a place to stay overnight before heading to the islands. The proximity to the airport was fantastic and I basically had the pool to myself as I assume everyone else was out on day trips. I'd really recommend it as a great touchdown or base before departure.
