This is a lovely and cozy apartment. The owner does everything that people feel comfortable, which reflects in the many provided tools in the kitchen or a very useful mosquito net on the balcony door. Whatever we needed was already there or we could simply ask for it. The balcony has a charming view and during stressful work calls, the sea was very calming. Morning breakfasts with a sea view or a glass of wine on the balcony was also super nice. The sea is really just a few minutes down the hill. The house is basically in the second row at the waterfront, and perfect if you plan to swim in summer or early autumn. I spent a week there with my wife to try out a workation. We needed an apartment with 2 rooms, so that we could have our calls in parallel with good internet connection. While they are working on improving the Wi-Fi, we got a telecom sim card which was lightning fast (70mbit) inside the flat, and essentially it was a 5g card which could do up to 700mbit on the top of the hill. I think my home wi-fi in Germany is nowhere near that :) The location is a calm residential area (at least in spring time) and you can enjoy a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. If you like to walk the supermarket is around 15 mins by foot over the hill, Trogir maybe an hour (the walk contains many beaches and a nice view point, so definitely recommendable as an activity). A car is recommendable and the steep road to the parking quite doable if you drive cars regularly. I've seen worse in Greece, Madeira, Tenerife or the Seychelles ;) I would also like to thank Josip and his mom for all the flexibility on our last minute booking and the lovely chats that we had every time we met. We truly enjoyed our stay and had a fantastic, memorable time in my old home country. I wish them both all the best and many nice guests, who enjoy they stay at least, as much as we did.

Very nice apartment, we booked the top floor, the view is amazing, the beach is very close, quiet and beautiful beach. There is free parking spots near Trogir, easily reachable by car. The staff was helpful, everything went smoothly.

Perfect location - close to the beach, apartmemt was very clean and convenient. We really enjoyed view of the sea from balcony. Coffee machine was a pleasent surprise. :)

Nice sea view apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Closer to beach. Supermarket in less than 10 min walk. The host was very helpful. Best place for staycation. Value for money. Highly recommended.
