Close proximity of the ocean was the biggest plus of this stay, also resort provides breakfasts at the beach which was amazing.

Lovely hotel with spacious room and nice amenities. Clean and tasteful with a spacious terrace and a rack where you can dry your beach attire outside in the sun. The location is amazing, just 3 walking minutes to the beach (directly down there is also a very nice Bar/Restaurant). Eddi is such a friendly host. I felt very safe and cared for there. The stay at French Garden Resort and at Uppuveli Beach were a big highlight during my travels. If you want to have a few comfortable rest days on the beach I highly recommend this place.

Location was fantastic, being within walking distance to the beach. Beds were super comfy. The manager was very friendly and helpful with everything.

Staff were really friendly and helpful and I even managed to do some laundry. They gave me various options like eggs or dhal for breakfast and it was excellent. My room was spacious and clean. Very close to the lovely beach and restaurants, bar and local shops were very close by. Highly recommended
