The staff are amazing here as they are so attentive and friendly. They made sure everything was looked after and were available to help with anything. The rooms are absolutely stunning, they look out onto the lake so you wake up to a stunning view.

After some initial hiccups with the air conditioning not working and the jacuzzi bath not functioning, we were moved to another room which was identical. The room was huge and in good condition. The jacuzzi bath, was a pleasant addition. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool was a decent size and not busy. The towels in the room were lovely and fluffy.

The pool is beautiful but the hotel itself is not as close as the photos. The staff is friendly but must say what I paid for other hotels you can get way better for the price
