This is one of the old elegant hotels of Trieste but I got the last room for the holiday weekend and it was the most expensive. That section of the hotel was recently remodeled and looks fabulous. The staff are very attentive and helpful.

We were only there for one night so I can't say much.The location is great.The room and everything in the hotel is very clean, elegant and tidy.The bed is big and comfortable.The bathroom is very clean. Parking is not part of the hotel,but there are 2 options for them to tow and bring your car, which of course is an additional charge but is very practical. Or you can tow your car yourself to the parking lot which is a 5 minute walk away.The breakfast was fresh and tasty but with a limited selection.The staff is friendly.
