Adorable boutique hotel with beautiful views of the lake, centrally located next to the promenade but quiet. Comfortable and spacious apartment room, with great service. Cocktail bar right downstairs and Breakfast was a nice touch too!

The location is very beautiful by the lake. We loved the terrace with all the flowers and lemon trees. Rooms are simple and clean, offering everything you need. The owner is friendly and very helpful. He communicates actively and we had an option to self check in in case of late arrival. Breakfast is excellent, lots of options served from the menu. There is not a restaurant at the hotel, but the drink bar is very good, a large selection of different options. One can also buy snacks from the bar. They looked good but we did not try them. Lots of restaurants near the hotel. Definately coming again if we are nearby!

The location is excellent an easy less than one hour drive from Fiumicino airport, great spot first after long international flight. Nicholas is a great host and could not do enough to help get us settled in and out walking along the lake.
