Staff were wonderful and accommodating. Manager was aloof and not approachable. Manager should not discuss his personal business in the middle of lobby-it drew lots of looks and weakened credibility He left new staff struggling rather then supporting them when experienced staff were off hence some check in glitches.

I was OK with the bed but my wife found it uncomfortable. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced in the restaurant although it was not part of the price of the room and was an additional cost. It was right off the 401 highway so great for a stop on the way out east. Lots of water pressure in the shower.
