Just to start at some point - we loved the building from the first sight. The access to the building was very easy, we received access codes by messaging. The location is outstanding, it is in the middle of everything: Castle Buonconsiglio is around the corner. There is also part of the former fortifications of the city - Green Tower and the location is called accordingly Torre Verde. There is not a dining room as a part of accommodation - but who would need it? There is a plenty of locations, like the restaurant Green Tower in the same building, in the front of it is an amazing pizzeria / restaurant Milli, there are lots of cafe's in the passage just left from the entrance to the residence. We used to go to Sosi, but there are plenty more. There is gelateria / ice cream place ranked with 5 stars round the corner. There is a supermarket 3 minutes walking. The very center of the city with the cathedral and plenty of restaurants is 7-8 minutes walking. The staff is amazing, very helpful and communicative. The room felt new and it was clean, with wifi, flat tv, comfortable double bed, pretty bathroom. There is an area outside the rooms with coffee machine using capsules, electric kettle, microwave oven and refrigerator. My wife asked me to highlight presence of shutters which allowed to completely obscure the room from the streetlights at night, and they are also motorized and operated by a switch :-) The train station is also very close, 5-6 minutes walking. There is a lot of bus stops for your escapades around the city. The price of the staying was very convenient, especially with the Genius2 level on Booking. We absolutely recommend this place if you are lucky to book.
