It was self catering, so you need to bring your own food. It didn’t have a kettle it was a hot water tap but didn’t work very well. The bath was nice but not all of us could have a bath as ran out of hot water.

Lovely property, sympathetically renovated to a good standard. Appreciated the toiletries provided and ample parking close to the property. Warm welcome from the host.

Wow is all we can say about this cosy little cottage tucked away from it all. We managed to catch photos of the view after the rainfall the night before and what a view it is! We can see how the owners have totally fallen in love with the surroundings and have the vision of bringing the rest of this grade II listed property back to life but with all the modern cons you could need. We loved the open beams, the deep Victorian bath and the linen which made our experience a peaceful one, one that was much needed for our little family. So thank you Peter for welcoming us with fresh towels on the beds.

Lovely location, though the bad weather meant that we didn’t really get to enjoy it as much as we’d hoped. Whilst clearly an old building, it has been modernised to a very high standard which made it a comfortable place to hide out from the weather.
