Very friendly, kind and hospitable host, Ann. She made the guesthouse more like a home. Hot beverages, water and snacks are available for all to have. Ann even bought me breakfast. I arrived Trang early in the morning and was checked in the minute I arrived at the property. Ann would let you know the things to do and also recommend eateries to try. Ann also rents out scooters. The property is about 5 minutes by car from the train station or 15 minutes by foot. Eateries are a couple of minutes walk away. Center Point Night Market is about 1.3km from the property. Room is clean and big. Bed is comfortable though slightly hard but didn't bother me much. Air con works great. There is a mini fridge in the room as well as TV. Wifi connection is great.

The property is very well maintained and super clean. Is is very cosy as well. The owner was always there and very helpful. Complimentary tea and coffee with a toast and bickies as well as some fruit are available any time. There are three restaurants near by as well as a very big hotel across the road with an outdoor restaurant open for public.
