The hotel is relatively modern and located close to a nice local centre that has some good eating options. The rooms are well appointed and beds comfortable. Breakfast was a basic buffet, the hotel is close to the airport and frequented a lot by guests from the Middle East, be there as soon as the buffet opens ;-)

Breakfast can be better, no choice of bread, butter and some more. Location is great if you want to be the near airport. for city a little bit far, but there is amazing view on airport.

During my short layover, I had pre-booked an overnight stay at the North Star Hotel, drawn by its ideal location—just minutes from the airport and within walking distance of nearby markets. It seemed the perfect choice. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional service I received. Due to an unexpected emergency, I needed to cancel my stay at the last minute. Although my reservation was under non-refundable terms, Mr. Mohammed, the hotel manager, and his outstanding team went above and beyond by processing a full refund within a day and offering kind well-wishes. Their compassion and professionalism far exceeded my expectations. I am sincerely grateful and highly recommend the North Star Hotel to any traveler seeking convenience, comfort, and genuinely caring service.
