The hotel room was quite good overall, but I would suggest adding bathrobes and some basic amenities that are expected in a hotel of this level. The breakfast could have been better. You won’t leave hungry, but you also won’t feel fully satisfied with the quality or taste. The pool area could use some improvement as well — the pool ladder was loose, which felt unsafe. We repeatedly asked the staff to turn on the hammam, and although they kept saying they would, it was never turned on. As for the hotel restaurant, there were no menus available for children, and surprisingly, no alcoholic beverages either. The prices were also very high. In summary, the hotel is decent for the price, but I truly believe it has much more potential.

Everything was great. Trabzon is a very beautiful city. I really liked the staff's attention and helpfulness. I will come back to stay again.
