1- Location: Very good - a few steps from Trabzon square (meydān). 2- Spacious and well-furnished apartment: (Dishwasher, washing machine, there were also glasses and plates available, which made our stay more convenient and comfortable, and a lot of towels were provided). 3- Cleanliness. 4- Parking (free parking is provided by the hotel). 5- Hospitality (Friendly and helpful staff, thank you to Mirach, Jallah, and a special & heartfelt thank you to Qasim).

Clean and well furnished apartment. Good shower. Everything you need for a comfortable stay including a dishwasher and washing machine. Close to everything.

The staff- mirage was absolutely amazing. He organized our tours and was always friendly n helpful. The hotel is situated right in the meydan and the rooms far exceeded my expectations
