The hotel was superb. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was so so good. I can’t fault this place. We came during the summer but would love to visit again during the winter season.

The staff was extremely attentive to our needs. They were accommodating with our dietary preferences and even had a car bring us to the station for our train. The food was excellent. There was also English speaking staff, which made it accommodating for tourists like us. We tried all three of their private onsen baths and loved them all (especially the Kirara bath). Maya was our go-to gal and she did a superb job of bringing us our food, managing the room, and providing us information about the food whenever we were curious. An extra bonus, the toilet lights up and greets you up on entry into the bathroom, playing a nice morning tune while you use it

- Ideal location with a public honsen right next door; - Super nice room attendant who made our stay comfortable and smooth even with a 5 year old girl; - Amazing dinner and breakfast - the best ever in Japan! - Room in typical Japanese style but with all necessary amenities;
