This accommodation is a private room in a townhouse. The townhouse is occupied by the owner, who is polite, courteous and was happy to leave us to our own privacy during our stay. Please note that the owner will be onsite and that there are a number of stairs up to the second floor to the bedroom. You have a reasonably sized bedroom with comfortable queen bed and built in robe and own TV. Outside the bedroom on the landing is a breakfast nook with your own bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, mugs and breakfast cereal, bread, yoghurt, juice, tea and coffee. You can eat your breakfast at the nook, in your bedroom, or make use of the front verandah area downstairs. The bathroom is shared with the owner, however we didnt have any issues. The accommodation is close to a corner pub and bottle shop, about 1km from the Football Stadium, and about 1km from the city centre. Easy parking out front of townhouse or simply walk everywhere as it is close.

To be honest I didn’t realise it was the upstairs of a owners town house. It was beautifully decorated, very quiet and so comfortable. Karen was warm and welcoming.

Comfortable, clean, central location. Good communication, providing us local recommendations for the area and allowing us to drop our bags off early prior to check in. Overall was a nice stay and good location/walking distance to central areas.
