Beautiful village location. Much larger than it looks inside and all fixtures and fittings were to a high standard.

Large roomy house, fairly small but useful garden. Although down narrow lane these not long and in a very quite and pretty ancient small hamlet though only yards from Dartington. Nice bedrooms and beds, two upstairs bathrooms and toilet downstairs,
