Perfect location to get the bus (Bus stop 3mins away) and the block is right on the beach - with excellent views from the balcony. All shopping amenities within a 5minute walk from the apartment. Great seafront restaurants and cafe's.

Great for one person especially. Air con fabulous although I only used it twice - used the windows and shutters when windy to keep the apartment cool.
