Pleasant location of the building. Very small studio on the first floor with lifts. The kitchenette was functional.

The flat is new, cosy and very nice. There's everything you need for your stay, including kitchen utensils (if you want to cook). It takes for about 5 minutes to get to the beach, and there's a big supermarket (as well as other smaller shops working 24/7) within a short walking distance. The flat is located in a quiet place, so you may be sure you'll have a good sleep. Besides, there's a nice balcony with a table, so you may sit here enjoying your breakfast or dinner or just drinking coffee/tea/wine/beer (whatever you like). :) The apartment is ideal for one or two persons, and you'll feel comfortable here both during short or long term stay.
