Property was spotless, could do with a few more glasses or plastic glasses and mugs that match. Also need an info pack with directions to places and instructions for the accommodation. Trying to check out could have been a problem as the gates have locks on.

location was fantastic, even for an under 3yr old the beach was only a 3min walk away. didnt use the on site pools, as it was December so they were... chilly.... apartment is well kept, looks recently renovated and the hosts clearly care about their guests - our flight was a late evening arrival to Alicante so we didnt get to the apartment until nearly 11pm by the time we had got out bags and the hire car sorted etc. Raimondas was in contact with us and arranged to meet us so late and had the heating set on the aircon to have it cozy for us. and on our check day, again our flight was very late, but our hosts had no issue with us staying on passed the regular check out time to be able to keep our 2 boys look after with a base before departure. dishwasher, washing machine and furnishings were ideal. the utility room area was a massive bonus and the terrace was a brilliant size. bathroom and shower were very good, and underground parking kept the car from getting too hot when the sun was out (yes even in December). overall it was a really good experience, even if very quiet around the area given it was a week before christmas.
