It was a big apartment with good wifi and a fully equipped kitchen. More than I've ever had in my kitchen. The parking garage is also a great addition. Downsides: the bed really needs to be replaced. It was torn and too thin to get a good night's rest, especially if you stay three weeks. What was also not clear for us, that we needed to get and leave the keys from another town.
