-Regular transfers to and from Punta Arenas, Puerto Natales and Cerro Castillo (only for packages of minimum 3 nights stay) *
-Regular transfer to and from El Calafate, Argentina (available for an additional cost) ** Transfer times are preset and subject to change. Guests are kindly requested to arrange arrival and departure times in advance (Punta Arenas Airport is a 4-hour drive away)
LOCAL TAX LAW.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).* This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Everything. Mesmerizing property, amazing location, mostly nice food, the pools, lovely personnel, the manager is always on site and super kind, the excursions are great and the rangers are very very good and fun. This is a real treat, the attention to detail is unique, the beauty of the hotel is unforgettable. One of a kind.
