Excellent location for entering the National Park , 10 minutes by car. Great walks from the lodge . The staff were all so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for Denisse who gave us continuous weather updates and help with where to go. She was amazing . Food was excellent and rooms comfortable. Nice relaxing place to stay surrounded by magnificent views.

The staff were friendly and the location is beautiful, just outside the park boundary with great views of the Paine Massif and surrounding mountains. Food in the restaurant was very good if a little pricey. The beds were comfortable and the room was warm. There was plentiful hot water.

The lodge is located in a nice and green flat valley between mountains, very close to the Rio Serrano entrance to the National Park. The staff is very kind and helpful and the common areas comfortable. The restaurant and breakfast are good.
