The fine print
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).* This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

I had an incredible stay at Konkashken lodge! Everything from the moment I arrived to the day I left was perfect. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully set up for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere and surroundings added so much to the experience—it truly felt like a peaceful escape. Communication with the Patrick was smooth and friendly, making the entire stay effortless. It is just located 800m away from the south entrance of Parque Nacional Torres del Paine so it’s so convenient for us. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!

Patrick, the owner, was incredible! He totally saved us when we got a flat tire. There are no service stations for 90 miles, but Patrick repaired our flat on the spot. He also offered to sell us gasoline if we ran short (which is easy to do in Torres del Paine - no service stations anywhere near). The view from the lodge across the Serano River towards the Horns was amazing.
