Great facilities in the complex during the summer months. Seems like mostly Spanish owned apartments with a stong sense of community, very well maintained complex, including a residents bar (very reasonable). Beach is right across the road, a variety of restaurants & bars just outside the complex too. 10mins to airport. The letting managers were quick to respond & fix issues encountered.

The apartment was light and airy. External doors were secure. The view of the gardens and towards the beach was beautiful. The garden is extensive and private, and includes a water channel where ducks live. The apartment is a short walk from the beach and there are some nice restaurants nearby.

Great poolarea, very fresh! 2-3 minutes walk down to the ocean. Around 15 min Walk from the train. Its very local and I can warmly recommend this place. Manuel was really friendly and easy to contact. Thank you for everything Manuel!

The location is amazing. Range of restaurants, stores, supermarket and 2 min walking to the beach. The apartment it was clean, comfortably accommodated my family, including children. Manoel is a very nice person, always ready to help, was very attentive. We had a great time there. Highly recommended.
