The location was quiet and tranquil. Need a car to access the property and to go out to supermarket, restaurants and beach but all a quick drive away. Pool was excellent and the views amazing especially the sunsets!

The views at the villa were fantastic, the adverse weather (in first week of March, weather is always a gamble) only added to this, giving us rainbows and beautiful light through the clouds across the water. The villa was comfortable with the heating in the AC unit being perfectly adequate and a lovely welcome pack that was greatly appreciated. It was my first return to Sardinia in 30 years and I was pleasantly surprised and how developed the road network had become making it easy for us to day trip to all parts of the Island with the villa a great base to return to for a home cooked meal and some excellent local red wine.

Solid house with traditional wooden doors and nice terracotta floors; very private and bucolic - can't see the neighbouring houses; cosy inside - interior is on different levels which makes it spacious; excellent gas fire; house warm enough in the winter months (airconditioning also serves as heaters and is sufficient - we testify). As to the comments from other people about the steep driveway - we were there 10 days and always left the car on the street in front of the driveway. At least in December leaving the car on the street was absolutely not an issue - don't know if it gets much busier in high season.

Terrific view and a nice swimming pool. Quiet setting. A couple of good pizzerias/restaurants nearby
