We stopped in KinBrae over Christmas. It is a lovely apartment with comfortable beds and everything you need to make you feel at home, including Christmas decorations 😊 Wellswood has all the amenities you need for a self catering holiday, and the location is ideal for a leisurely stroll to either Babbacombe or Torquay Harbour.

Firstly, the apartment was presented so nicely and fresh. The beds were like sleeping on clouds and the rest of the furniture was comfortable. There was plenty of space for clothes, suitcases etc. The bathroom has been renovated and the shower is huge with fluffy towels. The apartment had everything you can think of, so it was easy to wash our clothes and prepare meals. We had trouble getting the heating on but the host was available immediately and guided us on how to use it. I highly recommend this apartment. we stayed an extra night as we didn't want to leave.

Great place to stay in Torquay. I chose this place for a few reasons - off street parking, 2 bedrooms and walk in shower. All of these things were perfect. Public transport was just a short walk away and we did most outings without the car. Very clean and comfortable apartment and barely heard any road noise. Instructions were very well communicated and host is polite and friendly. Highly recommend.

Lovely bright modern apartment. Beds large and comfy. Well fitted kitchen. Super WiFi. Good size telly. Amazing shower with a good flushing toilet. What more could you want. Owners super helpful.
