Well equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer box. Nice roomy lounge with access to a private outside space. Private parking space. Nice and quiet. Hosts very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Bus stop outside the door, although the service is only hourly, but made a nice change not to have to drive all the time. Lovely pub a short distance away but down a very steep hill!

easy to navigate to, childrens play area, accommodation was clean and well equipped. very close to beach. public transport on the door. An ideal location, close to main Torbay resorts and easy to access many viewpoints
